Returns & Refunds


We want you to enjoy your BreezeVolt.

 

If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, simply contact us at support@breezevolt.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging.

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
